End of Soccer

Our soccer season is over. And in the last game of the year....E scored. Yahoo!!! A was on the sidelines practicing for next year.

Later that afternoon A went to a birthday for one of the girls in his class.

Unfortunately, E is now sick. He woke up last night at 11 with an earache that I just couldn't tame. After a long, painful, teary, sleepless night we took him to see a dr. today. She gave him meds but they won't kick in until tomorrow. He has been asleep for several hours now poor little fella.

Winding Down

A's preschool had their end of year picnic today. I got to tag along and we had lots of fun.

Yummy...lunch time. Tonight the boys had their guinea pigs join them for bible story time.

And the Winner Is

A and I played a game of Monoply with his puppies Elliot and Little. And the winner was.....Little.

And a quick zip out on the boat before bed and we saw this cool bird.

Catch Up

I got a bit behind on my blog updates. So here's a quick catch up post.

May 23-We went out one evening when the weather was nice.....it was beautiful coming back after the sunset.

May 22-I went on a field trip with E's class to the Smthsonian butterfly exhibit.

May 21-Another beautiful weather day we zipped over to the Ntional Harbor. Check out the goofballs.

I ordered these stickers that adhere to the L_E_G_O men and transform them into Superheroes!!!

Also, E wanted a bus for the L_E_G_O men and I had a few extra hours so I created this little school bus.

Now you're all caught up. Except that the weather here has been yucky since the weekend. Blah.

Monday

Yahoo!!! Our caterpillars emerged from their cocoons as Eastern Tent Caterpiller Moths

Grmpy gave the boys their bday presents early so A felt that they also needed bday cakes early. I made each of them a L-E_G_O brick cake(not my prettiest job) but the boys were tickled.

It's a warm one down here today. Grmpy started a water fight downstairs and the water fun rages on.

Grmpy started a project with the boys this afternoon. They are making boats to play with down by the water.

After many attempts A finally stepped in and helped Grmpy finish the puzzle.
