Day Four of Fun Fun Fun

The day part of day four was just alright BUT the early evening got fun. E is loving Ern's dance lessons. Then Ern offered to babysit and M and I went out for a couple of hours. Enjoy the videos.

Day Three of Fun Fun Fun

Today we were lucky enough to have daddy along for the ride. We all went to MountVrnon to see GeorgWashingtn's old home. Fantastic. Can't wait to go back when it is warmer and the gardens are up.

The view from the house is fantastic. The boys got right into the spirit of things.

Day One of Fun Fun Fun

I spent 2.5 hours at the Nationl Gallry today. Then I had to leave and get A from school so Ern stayed for another 2.5 hours. I definitely had some favourites. The girl with the hoop isn't one of my faves but Ern really like it.

These were my two faves. Although I didn't come close to seeing all the exhibits.

DancingQueen

My friend Ern is visiting and the boys are having a great time with her so far. Tonight she gave them each a dancing lesson. My E was very into it.

We're With Her

Following Grndad's lead these three boys threw their support behind Grnny. We love you Grnny.

FamilyFun

On Friday night we tried something new with the kids......piction-ary. It was super fun. We used the names of books and/or movies that they were familiar with.

Today.....after a b-day party that A went to......and Tai-Kwon-Do for both the boys....and a family nap.....M took the kids out to play soccer while I cooked dinner. I snuck a peek out the window to get these photos while they were coming back.

Shove-Move-Crash

Due to feedback from previous guests we have decided to take action on the guest bed situation. The fold-out couch needs to be retired. We've tried everything to make it comfortable but it's beyond correction. So.....stay tuned to see what we're doing to make everyone's stay more comfortable..........

In My Defence

On Tues. I kept the kids home from school. Friends from our old church stayed overnight on their way home from Dsnywrld. These kids did a lot of playing in a short period of time!

This is probably the only pic we will ever have of our L-E-G-O all together at the same time. I had to guard these pieces for two days while I completed them all to get this photo taken.

Update

The boys got a package from GrndmDrdre for St.Ptrcks Day. These cool beards were in them.

I thought this pic that E drew was pretty impressive. And this is A's picture of him being sad because he misses Grnny.

A had a happy, lazy day on Friday. But today he was sad to be left behind while E went to a bday party.

E had a great time!

Warmer......warmer......

We had a beautiful weekend of weather. So we spent a bunch of time outside.

E still really is interested in his trains but it's not really 'cool' at his age. The other day he had them in his backpack after school and he hid them when his friends were around. Ice cream however, is always cool.

More Cuteness

I cleaned up and organized the playroom(again). The boys cuddling with Grnny.

The boys had TaiKwnDo this afternoon. It's better than a night out at the movies watching them practice.

Company'sComing

Grnny is here!! The boys are enthralled. Poor A is already getting fretful about her leaving. He came down from bed for an extra cuddle tonight.
