A Lot to Catch Up With

Everybody loves to play air hockey.

And after three days of rain and clouds.......the sun came out!

What a team......though the little one was napping and missed this park time.

We all made it to the BaltmreAquarim. (Monday)

And aboard a submarine for a tour.

And the sun came out for the downtown D.C. Tour. (Tuesday)

Fun with Friends

Thursday

Our first Strbcks trip of the Sprng.

The grocery store up the street has this thing where you scan and bag your groceries as you go-along. It seemed like a good idea and the kids were excited to try it.....ya.....hopefully never again. Add to the regular shopping craziness the 'taking-turns' element and wow! But it was neat to try.

Back to the park....our new home now that the weather is getting nicer.

Schedule Change

We had lunch at the park today after bible study.

They had a special treat for lunch....lunchables.

Lucky for us a couple of friends were there also.

There were definitely signs of Spring.

Everytime the kids found a different colour of flower....I snapped a photo.

Long afternoons at the park mean we start school at 3:30.

But it's not all bad....the sun was still shining while we worked.

My Bday

My sweet hubby went into work late this morning so we could all have brunch together. At my fave restaurant....you know where that is people.

E was asked to lead the TKD class while doing the jumping jacks today.

'New' Stuff

Here's the boys on their new bikes...A's bike is 'new to him' and E's we bought on the weekend.

Here's A getting ready to leave for church. We have started to teach the boys about tithing. Which for them means they give $0.50 every week out of their $5 allowance. A told the church he wanted to send one quarter to Haiti and the other quarter to Chile.
You all probably know by now how I love second-hand stores and I recently learned of one I hadn't been to before. These navy blue BananaRpblic pants were $6 and the JCrew white pants were $4.(They have these dragonflies embroidered on them.)

Those of you who know GrndpTrry know that he does this thing with his glasses.....E did this the other day and said...."I look just like GrndpTrry."

St.Patrick'sDay

The boys have been working on StrWars pics all week.

We tried something new at the grocery store yesterday. We did a food hunt.

I made a list for each with ten items on it.

If they found all the items they got a treat at the check-out(which they were allowed to eat half of). It made grocery shopping much more fun for them and less annoying for me.

The boys got a super forbidden treat yesterday.

And today we had a great playdate....six boys in one house....how lucky could I be?!
