Can't Talk....Fixing

M and I have spent the weekend in the basement working.

We are removing a wall that was placed in the middle of a window thereby expanding the play space. Because there are two different kinds of wood panelling going on down there we need to fix that. And the ceiling in that area needed to come down so that also will be done.

 

Also we are refurbishing the built in. It had three different kinds of shelves and two different back boards as you can see. The end result should be more pleasant.

 

Once we're done all the messy work ... new carpet. But for that we'll be calling in the professionals.

You can see that they used the space created by the wall to make a 5th bedroom.
