Last week I tried three times to leave a comment but for whatever reason it would not show up on the blog. After seeing the pictures yesterday of E's first day attending public school I am going to try once again to say what is on my heart.
First, nana is so very proud of her grandson and why wouldn't I be? Like your mom said and I couldn't agree more......you are one in a million E. As I looked at the pictures of you last night I felt joy. At twelve yrs old I could see...confidence, maturity (far beyond your years) and a happy young man. As you continue to display your strength and courage to your family, your friends and the world, we all stand back in awe and cheer you on. Fear is the enemies tool to hold us back from doing things in life. You E, look fear in the face and say, "I can do it."
It takes courage to grow up and turn out to be who you truly are. It is people like you E who make a difference in the world! With courage, we gain confidence and with confidence there is no limit to what you can become in life. You have a very bright future ahead of you.
Yes E, you are one in a million, hero to many....certainly a hero and so much more to your nana.
