Well we are half way through the posting and I am half way through my book goal. I just finished reading the biography of Mrs.GroverCleveland....the wife of the 22nd president of the USA. While working through first wives 1-22 I have had to make a few compromises. One of the presidents(Buchanan) never married....so I read the biography of his niece who acted as hostess. Some of the presidents(Jefferson, Jackson, VanBuren, Arthur) had wives who died before their rise to political power and I read the biographies of the presidents instead. I have 22 more books to go and 18 months to do it.
