More of Tober

Where in the world can you find funny trees that grow like chairs?

And water that's brisk and refreshing?

Bruce Peninsula National Park that's where. Although apparently we weren't the only ones to think of this. When we arrived there was a line-up to check in and the trail head parking lot was full. We had to park at the DayUse area, hike along the east side of the lake to reach the trail head and then follow Georgian Bay Trail to get where we were headed. Whew!

I needed a break when we got there that's for sure.

The big boys were excited to get cooled off in the water.

You can see the junior boys watching with interest from the sidelines.

Well the sidelines is not somewhere A has ever spent a lot of time. He was in. Twice!!

This guy----maybe took one jump too many for his sunglasses. The lenses popped out.

From the spot where I took this picture we climbed down-down to see the grotto.

Here's the view from the bottom up.

There was a super cave down there.

This guy was not as interested in the cliff jumping, and the climbing (though he did climb), he wanted to check out the water in the bay for creatures. To each their own.

We were super tired after all that. But I think the most tired member of our adventure party was this guy. He was right there for every step and climb.

The whole trip this little dog never missed a beat. Unbelieveable. I don't know where he found the energy.

But our vacation did come to an end and we had to say good-bye.

One quick 8 hour drive home. A few stops for snacks and the bathroom. And we're back home.
Thanks for having us OtherBrfoots. We love you.
