Here is a pic of E's first complaint letter. He has been really affected by this recall and his four year old patience is running out. It will be interesting to see if he gets a reply.

First of all, Eric your letter is beautiful and filled with such concern that I can't imagine not getting an answer back. Your compassion shines through for your family of trains. What a very special boy you are and such a role model for your little brother Adam. Nana loves you and your brother very much. I am counting the days until your visit to nana's house in Wpg.
