This is one in a series of books that are just adorable. I feel a kinship to these characters because their adventures so closely mirror our homeschooling days sometimes. We start off in one direction with a specific purpose and then something will happen that spins us off into another direction altogether. We can start off on the couch reading our history book and end the day at a fish store looking at turtles across town. Each action leads to a question that leads to a search for an answer of example. And the next day we're back off on another trip through our day.
