5-Minute Fairy Tales -Jane Maday(illustrator)
I admit that we could not get the kids interested in the 'girly' fairytales in this book of 28 stories.. We read Puss in Boots, Honest Woodcutter, Jack and the Beanstalk, the Little Dutch Boy and many others. But we couldn't convince them that Cinderella or the Twelve Dancing Princesses (among others) were worth the read. So much for gender neutral education.
